A New "Intersection" Method for Multi-Objective Optimization in Material Selection
نویسندگان
چکیده
Till now the previous methods for multi-objective optimization adopt "additive" algorithm normalized evaluation indexes, which has inherent shortcoming of taking form "union" in viewpoint set theory. In fact, "simultaneous multiple indexes" should be more appropriate to take "intersection" indexes respects theory and "joint probability" probability this paper, a new concept favorable is proposed reflect degree candidate material selection; All property indicators are divided into beneficial or unbeneficial types Each indicator correlates partial quantitatively, total product all probabilities viewpoints theory, sole decisive index competitive selection process. Results application examples indicate validity method.

A NEW MULTI-OBJECTIVE OPTIMIZATION APPROACH FOR SUSTAINABLE PROJECT PORTFOLIO SELECTION: A REALWORLD APPLICATION UNDER INTERVAL-VALUED FUZZY ENVIRONMENT
Organizations need to evaluate project proposals and select the ones that are the most effective in reaching the strategic goals by considering sustainability issue. In order to enhance the effectiveness and the efficiency of project oriented organizations, in this paper a new multi-objective decision making (MODM) approach of sustainable project portfolio selection is proposed which applies in...
متن کاملA MULTI-OBJECTIVE OPTIMIZATION MODEL FOR PROJECT PORTFOLIO SELECTION CONSIDERING AGGREGATE COMPLEXITY: A CASE STUDY
Existing project selection models do not consider the complexity of projects as a selection criterion, while their complexity may prolong the project duration and even result in its failure. In addition, existing models cannot formulate the aggregate complexity of the selected projects. The aggregated complexity is not always equal to summation of complexity of projects because of possible syne...
متن کاملA New Method For Solving Linear Bilevel Multi-Objective Multi-Follower Programming Problem
Linear bilevel programming is a decision making problem with a two-level decentralized organization. The leader is in the upper level and the follower, in the lower level. This study addresses linear bilevel multi-objective multi-follower programming (LB-MOMFP) problem, a special case of linear bilevel programming problems with one leader and multiple followers where each decision maker has sev...
متن کاملA Fuzzy Approach For Multi-Objective Supplier Selection
Assessment and selection of suppliers are two most important tasks in the purchasing part in supply chain management. Supplier selection can be considered to be a single or multi-objective problem. From another point of view, it can be a single or multi-sourcing problem. In this paper, an integrated AHP and Fuzzy TOPSIS model is proposed to solve the supplier selection problem. This model makes...
